Blog fail.

Apparently when things get busy in my life, the blog is one of the easiest things to cut.  Followed swiftly by the rest of my goals.  When I started the project, I didn't really think about the fact that the last couple of months would come at my busiest time of work.  And this year was busy - crazy busy.  I was working over 60 hr weeks, often not getting home until late.  I basically came home, made lunch for the next day, and then went to bed.  For three months.  Not every single day, but enough to wear me out.  And working at least one weekend day for those months.  So needless to say, I did not get much done on the goals.  I realize that I have now completely missed my target end date.  Rather than write off the project completely, I've decided to give myself an extension to August 31st.  Yes, I failed to complete the goals in the required time frame.  But the whole reason I started the project was to do some things that I've been meaning to do for ages.  And I still want to do some of those things, so I'm going to try to do as many of the goals as I can.  We'll see how it goes!
